- Incorrect Address Provided – If you enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout, we cannot issue a refund or replacement for lost or undelivered items.
- Unclaimed Parcels – If a parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, we are unable to provide a refund or resend the order.
